Overview

Miguel Guía shows us an intimate sculpture in the of the realist style, with impressionist suggestions. The artist tries to take us into the interior world of Carol, a daughter of his very good friend. The pose of the hands and the face with the sensation of meditation, takes us clearly into the world of the puberty full of changes and thoughts - this is why it is the "world of Carol". The metal circle of protection around Carol even increases these feelings.

Material

Blue Bronze Finish: The sculpture is made of a layer of bronze on cold smelting of copper, with the base of graphite or marble dust. The bronze finish is furthermore polished to obtain the desired color.
